Issue Raised: @EaseMyTrip Train booking got rejected. Paid via Gift Cards. It has been more than 5 days. Haven’t received the amount back in my gift cards. Made several calls to the customer support. All I hear is wait for 24 hours. No Resolution yet @jagograhakjago
