Product or Service Name: Jio Airfiber max.
Issue Faced: Opted for Jio Airfiber on 3rd Feb, Paid 12700 for the same. Enginner comes for installation on 2nd day, tries hard to setup the whole thing, unsucessful for 3 days, unable to get any connectivity at our location. Cancels the installation on his device. Unfortunately for us, since my work is partially remote working i needed an internet connection urgently hence had to opt for normal Jio Air fiber connection, by paying 2nd time. which started working on the same day it self. I was assured by the jio team that the refund will be done in 10 /12 days, and at the max it should happen in 18/20 days. Its been almost 2 months now but no refund in sight for the original connection. Raising a grevience with the consumer forum, they fraudlenty updated and closed the case saying refund will be done in 7 days, this was 20 days ago. Appellate authority details which are madated by TRAi to be shared as and when asked by the customer, Their customer support team is simply not willing to share the same. Finally got the same from the internet. The authority replied that the refund will be processed on 25th March. But even till date its not been done.
A heart to heart chat with an executive from jio’s office at our location revealed a very very peculiar thing, That the senior manager or similar person who is responsible and supposed to authorise these refunds for the mumbai / thane region has not authoirsed any refunds since last 2 months, due to which on a daily basis the exec has to deal with irate customers for no fault of theirs. He clearly said all mails to the said person are not being answered or responded. He actually showed me on his system that see the amount of mails sent, none have been replied to. On telling that we will have to complain to consumer court, he was like please do, we too will support you, Such is the sorry state of affairs at Jio

Subject: Complaint Against Nobroker.com for Breach of Services and Lack of Support
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Nobroker.com in regards to the Relax Plan I purchased. My name is Ajay Yadav, and I am a consumer who signed up for the Relax Plan from Nobroker.com with the expectation of receiving quality service and support in finding a rental property within my budget range of 20K to 25K per month.
I was promised 50 visits to rental properties as part of the plan, and I had visited 8-10 properties based on the suggestions of your Relationship Manager, Neha Pandey. After finalizing a property and paying a token amount of 10K along with 2.6K for the agreement, I encountered a medical emergency within my family that prevented me from moving into the location by the agreed-upon date of 15th Feb. Understandably, I requested the owner for an extension or some flexibility in the timeline.
Unfortunately, despite mutual discussion with the property owner, the deal was canceled as the owner had other tenants lined up. At this point, the agreement had not yet been finalized. I then contacted Nobroker representative Satyam for assistance in selecting another property, starting from April ’24. He assured me of his support and proposed shortlisting properties across Pan India, with the adjustment of the paid token amount once a property was selected.
However, when I revisited my requirements with Relationship Manager Neha Pandey, she abruptly canceled the Relax Plan I had purchased and insisted on buying another plan. I explained to her that I had not received the full services promised under the Relax Plan and that I had already utilized a smaller plan, the Freedom Plan, for multiple locations, implying there should be no need for an additional plan purchase.
Despite my attempts to reason with RM Neha Pandey and seek resolution through various channels such as reaching out to Nobroker support, contacting their Twitter profiles, making telephonic calls, and sending emails, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. This lack of cooperation and support from Nobroker has left me unable to utilize the services I paid for and has put my home search on hold, causing undue inconvenience, especially as I am looking for a rental home for live-in purposes with my female friend.
I urge Nobroker.com to review my case promptly, provide a suitable resolution, and ensure that I am treated fairly as a consumer who trusted in your services. I look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Spinny informed me that they have sold the car to their channel partner for further sale to end customer. They told me that they have issued a legal notice to them as their channel partner is not responding to their calls.
I possess the delivery note and car sale papers which prove that I had sold my car to Spinny.
I requested Spinny support to share a copy of the legal notice sent by them to their channel partner which would be legal proof and for personal filling purpose.
I.even asked them to inform concerned RTO abt the matter.

I am an asthma patient and my health is affected due to the issues
I have ordered 2 eyeglasses from Lenskart. The Product was delivered on 20th Feb. One glass perfectly fits another one loose on the nose. so, I raised a return request, Lenskart Process the return request and assigned Ecom express courier for pickup yesterday was the pickup date, but the delivery executive did not come for pickup and didn’t call me. At night they marked the customer refused to handover the product and then they closed the pickup DRS.

Despite multiple complaints through email, social media and calls; Flipkart team is not processing my refund of Rs. 21,000. Repeatedly, they are asking for documents and photos to be submitted to them, which I have already done EIGHT times.
I am always given the same generic templated responses from the FlipKart support team, without an refund processed to my account.

I had recently ordered a Lehenga from Meesho. The lehenga I ordered is of almost rs. 900 approx. The order was delivered by their courier partner XpressBees on 13/01/2024. When I opened the pkg that was delivered there was another courier bag inside with someone else’s name and details on it. When I opened that bag, inside there was a chiffon saree, which was not even worth the cost of lehenga. As soon as I saw it’s a wrong product, I immediately called Meesho and made a complaint about it. They said you put for return we will take it. So I put for return request but when the courier person came to pickup my order, he said that ma’am your product is nt matching. So I said yes it won’t match bcoz it is wrong product dlvry complain. 2 which he said we havn’t got any such complain. N he left. Now their cust. exec is saying as per our system you have received correct product and we can’t return it without quality check. I recently purchased killer brand eyeglasses from eyemyeye.com, first they delivered the product so late and when it’s delivered I found that provided me damaged product so I asked help for that, they denied and after several requests they arranged reverse pickup and after taking 10 days they again delivered me the temporary fix product but they provided wrong power eyeglasses and now they are not helping me at all. I have ordered for Philips kershine hair straightner pink colour and received wrong product of same brand so i returned the product and the product reached back to seller and after reaching the product when i asked for refund they are not providing my refund telling that i have sent incorrect product. When i contacted customer care regarding this issue they told they are helpless and they cannot provide refund. When i see my return status it is showing that your return is likely lost in trasit do not worry our customer service can help you regarding refund but still not providing. Issue Faced: I ordered an iphone 14 128 gb on 29th Dec 2023 on which there was an offer going on that said instant discount of INR 3000 on making purchase of iphone by applying a coupon code ‘IPHONE 3000’ and additional cashback of INR4000 on billing with HDFC card. I made this purchase decision on seeing this dual offer.
The phone was priced at INR 63,900 on which i got an instant discount of INR 3000 on applying the coupon code but I am yet to receive the cashback of INR 4000 on my HDFC credit card which unfortunatly I have not received. The company is denying the cashback offer and saying that ‘the cashback offer’ was not valid on that day.

actually i bought my laptop ( asus zenbook which cost me 147000) 3 years ago with an extended warranty of 2 years . june 2023 i faced issue of port charging , Then the technician came & fixed the motherboard after that i faced my laptop speaker was not working , then technician visited fixed speaker after that charging port issue remain same then they replaced complete keyboard & motherboard . They replaced my charger too.
The laptop is working & this issue is resolved in 3 months .
Now i faced charging port issue again that if i plugged my laptop then it is working otherwise it is completely dead . They fixed the battery but i payed 4200rs.
If problems persist after my warranty expires who will bear this cost ?

The frame that I liked had power sunglasses mentioned on that but still, they denied me that they would not make power sunglasses on that frame. And that salesperson removed that power mentioned on the tag with a black marker in front of me.

There are many p2p crypto scams going on nowadays.
I am a victim of such a fraud.
I listed USDT in binance platform for selling, this person, Dheeraj Tripathi, placed a buy order and sent payment to me.
After receiving the payment I released the USDT and the transaction was complete.
But this guy, Dheeraj went ahead and file a cyber crime report against me stating that he never received the USDT, which is a lie.
After this complaint, my bank (axis bank )froze my bank account and I am not able access my funds, I gave bank all the proofs of transactions and everything, but the bank is extremely unsupportive and not unfreezing my account
All these happened between may and august last year.
This Thursday(4th Jan 2023), the bank contacted me and told that I need to arrange the money and return it to Dheeraj, as there is a court order and Dheeraj won the case, which is again incorrect information
and why should I send back the money?
I already released the asset.
Now, after a lot of searching, I was able to find the FIR that was lodged by Dheeraj on 4th nov 2023, and the corresponding CNR.
From there we could get the number and all details of Dheeraj and shared across.
The cybercrime dept is also not helping.

Issue Faced: Amazon have delivered a wrong laptop model Dell Vostro 5620 instead of the original one ordered . I asked them for a return/replacement and they refused saying that as per their investigation correct product is delivered . The product name and serial no. for laptop is not matching in their Order details and Warranty slip only . The product name is for the original product ordered “Dell G15-5521 Gaming Laptop,Intel Core i9-12900H Processor/ 16GB DDR5/1TB SSD/NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti (8GB GDDR6)/ 15.6″ (39.62cm) QHD WVA AG 240Hz 400 nits/Windows 11+ MSO’21/ Obsidian Black/ 2.81kg” while the Serial no. is for a Dell Vostro 5620 laptop which is delivered to me .
I have tried to reach them multiple times through mail and customer support calls but they straight refuse and say that we can’t do anything . I have asked them for further escalations but the leadership team said that there are no escalation above them . I am again and again trying to highlight the point for Product name and serial no. by submitting them the warranty slips and photos ,but they are not even considering .

Hereby sharing the current case of Oneplus X27 Monitor (Premium Category 27” 2k Monitor worth ₹27999).
I bought a Oneplus X27 Monitor on first day of launch that is 10th February”2023.
I faced a first issue of black lines on display panel on monitor in November”2023.
I raised a repair request on 11th December”2023 with Oneplus Customer Care.
Next day the “Engineer” visited and checked Monitor and told us that he’ll call once he received a parts for replacement.
On 14th December”2023 I received a mail stating that they don’t have Display Panel in stock so they are going to replace whole Monitor Unit instead. They asked me to wait for 10-15 days. Meanwhile i came to know that OnePlus is Unofficially stopped selling their TV’s & Monitor’s in India. So i tried contacting Oneplus for verifying the same but Customer Care Executives Doesn’t responded on that and asked me to wait for my replacement unit to arrive.
After 15 days got over i again asked Service Center guys about the same then they confirmed that Oneplus is stopped selling TVs & Monitor’s since last 2/3 months. They told me that mostly my case will go to REFUND only because Oneplus doesn’t have any kind of stock with them to replace Monitor.
On 30th December”2023 I received a call from guy named Mr. Jeetendra Dwivedi (Area Manager, Mumbai) and asked me to provide bank details & invoice details to initiate Refund as they aren’t able to provide replacement unit.
So i told him ,If team is aware that they don’t able to arrange replacement unit as they don’t have stock since 3 months then why don’t u escalate this case to REFUND at day one only? That would saved my time and mental health i wasted on this case.
So i told him that i have already raised this case to Consumer Forum as this is clearly misleading of customer. He’s attitude was like “Do whatever you want. I don’t care.”
I provided necessary documentation on email & WhatsApp to Oneplus & that guy Mr. Jeetendra Dwivedi to proceed for REFUND.
On that same day he arranged a pickup for my X27 Monitor. The guy from Service Center here in Pune picked up my Monitor and did not gave any letter/note/acknowledgement receipt of the same.
Next day suddenly my repair request on Oneplus Repair Status page is cancelled automatically. On 2nd January”2024 I mailed stating that i bought this X27 Monitor on EMI through ZestMoney loan. So I requested Mr. Jeetendra & Oneplus to provide the refund of interest i paid for that product also as It costed me that much.
On that Mr. Jeetendra gave me reply on mail that ‘we’ll be able to refund only Invoice amount.’
So I replied to mail that , ‘thank you will share this concern with Consumer Forum case’ as I expect a full refund along with interest.
So this might ignited his ego and he replied “Okey then, refund not required, I think.”
It’s my choice whether i want to file case in consumer forum or not! I never used term cancel REFUND or refused to repair Monitor or refused to get replacement unit. Still he rudely replied this way which i found insulting. He’s not the owner of ONEPLUS to talk like that! He doesn’t have any authority to treat Oneplus’s customers like this!
The way he replied showed how rude, arrogant and mannerless he is while dealing with customers of Oneplus!
This guy is talking rudely & showing attitude to the customers who are already facing problems which are occurred due to Oneplus’s internal policies! And instead of providing solutions he’s throwing his tantrum on customers is reflecting his attitude towards his job!
And if this person is replied rudely just because i told him that I’m sharing this conversation/ details with Consumer Forum, Then Its kind of blackmailing like if you are going to file case then you’ll never get refund!
This is what reality of Oneplus nowadays. They have taken customers for granted. They are charging premium and doesn’t even able to provide basic after sales services.

My sim was port from Airtel to JIO 4 years back.. Iam regularly recharged one yearly plan for my number *****384. I received a call on 16/12/2023 from *****774 who is introduced as MURUGAN FROM JIO OFFICE. He asked my aadhar card details and sent to his WhatsApp no otherwise I deactivate your sim. I rush to nearest JIO STORE at KATPADI (pin code: 632007) and enquired about it, they see my WhatsApp chat which sent above mentioned no and replied as FAKE CALL. Here with I enclosed WhatsApp chat screen shot also. How customer is sharing his aadhar details to unknown number? But
My SIM (*****384) was deactivated by JIO on 18/12/2023 without any authorised prior intimation which is in one year plan recharged just 3 months back. Transaction details enclosed. I raised a complaint in Twitter(X) tag to JIO and DOT also. Jio care replied in Twitter as ” your application having incomplete information which is submitted in 2017, and submit your POI,POA to nearest JIO store”. Document Enclosed as 2. Actually at the time of taking JIO connection I give my finger print and aadhar details only. If any problem in application how JIO is continuing this long time. If any clarification I am ready to submit my all details. But without prior authorised intimation my sim was deactivated is very very painfull in our digital world. As per JIO CARE advice I submitted my Aadhar details and request letter to JIO on 19/12/23. Document enclosed as 3. After long battle they call me on 23/12/23. I submitted my aadhar details and finger print and my referral aadhar details and Aadhar enabled OTP and they collected Rs 239/- and they issue SIM for my number (7708001384) . Document enclosed as 4. Even after 2 days my sim was not activated . Again I contacted JIO store they replied that come after 2days. At last 28/12/23 I got another sim for my number. But it shows 28 days validity instead of my one year plan with hotstar. I am unable to access hotstar also. Again I contacted JIO customer service they informed we are unable to process your balance. Kindly guide me to solve this issue.
I have received a wrong product from Myntra and raised a concern immediately over call and put return request too with the images and it was confirmed over call but the time they came they denied to accept the return. I have called Myntra customer care again and they have mentioned that due to technical issues images are not there so I have uploaded the images again today I have the call recording with Myntra customer care and video recording while opening the product.
They have messed with the packaging, Myntra packaging was opened and they have done some tapping with some other brand black jacked and covered it with ekart packaging with manually written name on it. Please find the video and images attached for reference.

Hello, i ordered a wrogn men black jacket worth Rs.1844 on 19th December And i received it on 21st December but the product i received was totally different from the real product. I raised an return request and the next day delivery boy picked up the order but after 5-6 days Myntra declined my return and now saying that you received actual product and we can’t help anymore. Hii this is Deepak jadhav from Mumbai I ordered the Casio watch for first time it’s cost me 5295 from Amazon and they provided me a used product the same day I connected with then and they are saying we will investigate and after that resolution will be provided after so much hustle I recieved the refund and after that some days later I booked again the Casio vintage gold watch which is for 4236 ,with extra watch which cost me 2500 rs total 7236. One silver watch is ok but the golden watch which is already used on 13th of December the same day after delivery I called Amazon they said they will arrange the pickup and pickup was cancelled I called the 19th of December and they said they’ll investigate till 24dec . Issue Faced – Last year in December meesho issued a notice to seller that from January 2023 Courier partner will look after the claims. Few days back I received a call from meesho executive and I have that call recording. He was telling that Meesho backend team was looking after claims. Maximum times they reject the claim by saying that my ratio is high of raising the claims. When I ask them how my ratio is high they deny to answer this question every time. I am suffering huge losses due to this.
