Thinking of deleting your Flipkart account? Whether you’re switching to another platform or just don’t need it anymore, here’s how you can easily delete your account on Flipkart.
Step 1: Sign in to Your Flipkart Account
Go to flipkart.com and log in with your email and password. Make sure you’re using the account you want to delete.
Step 2: Visit the Contact Us Page
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Contact Us.” This will take you to the support section where you can get help from Flipkart’s customer service team.
Step 3: Select Your Issue
Choose the relevant issue by selecting “Profile & Account.” You may need to specify “Delete or Deactivate Account” as your request.
Step 4: Contact Customer Support
To permanently delete your account, you need to reach out to customer support. Choose to chat or call Flipkart’s support team and explain that you want to delete your account.
Step 5: Verify Your Identity
The customer support team may ask for some information to verify your identity, such as your registered phone number or email. Make sure you provide the correct details.
Step 6: Confirm and Wait
After the support team processes your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS. Your account will be deleted within a few days.
Important Note
Deleting your Flipkart account means you won’t have access to your order history, saved addresses, or any other account details. Make sure you’ve used any pending Flipkart Wallet balance and downloaded any invoices you need before proceeding.
