Horrible experience in a hotel booked through Goibib
We have booked hotel through GoIbibio for Stay from 18th October to 22nd October. Booking payment through credit card last 4 digits are 9426. After reaching hotel in the late evening we checked in and find cockroaches in the room. Next morning we lodged complain.we had to change hotel on 20th because unhiginic situations. Since then we are writing mails to Goibibo for compensation and refund of money got no response.
