I Purchased a Samsung S20+ phone in Oct, 2020. Green lines were developed in display in 2022. The device’s display was replaced by Samsung in Sept 2022. But unfortunately Samsung replaced the display with another defective substandard display panel which had a blinking issue from day 1.
The defect (Blinking problem) was reported within one month of receiving the phone back from the service center. As the defect is a very intricate one, it was not known under which circumstances blinking will occur. The service center registered complaint only in May 2023 after getting a screen recording of blinking problem. Samsung did not replace the defective display at that time despite the fact that the defect of the display provided by Samsung was acknowledged by them. Samsung kept the fault pending by not rectifying it in the pretext that the device was out of warranty. Now they are squarely putting the responsibility of your manufacturing defect parts on the customer. They are not replacing the defective display an d only harping on “Device is out of warranty”.

I made a replacement request but seller sent me same Camel pens again, that means no one is there in Flipkart to assure whether the ordered product is being packed by the seller or not. Both are making fraud to the customer. Now customer care people says that we can only process return request and can’t process your request toward getting your the right product. It mean no moral values for the customer, no complaint to the seller, no complaint to the packaging checker. It seems customer is nothing when people made you a big brand.

After that once we bought the ola care plus there was no service even under their premium subscription. Multiple issues have been raised regarding this but every time what they do is just escalate the issue. Serious violation of consumer rights is happening in Ola. Customer care cuts off the call itself and no resolution is provided. Customer feels cheated suffering in intense mental agony and harassment only because Ola can’t provide after sales service.

ACER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED- Worst Service Ever been faced. Avoid at All Costs!/Scammer/Fraud
I recently ordered a monitor from acer store (acer official website), but it arrived damaged. From the moment I received it, I reached out to Acer support with all the necessary evidence—photos and an unboxing video showing the damage. Despite providing clear and thorough documentation, Acer’s response has been incredibly frustrating.
Instead of offering a replacement, they scheduled a service repair. The next day, an engineer was assigned to my case but only he called me requested send photos of monitor. No one visited to assess the situation in person. To make matters worse, at evening when I called acer support the executive told me that my case has been closed as Remark “Damaged by customer” without any proper investigation.
It’s disheartening to deal with such a lack of accountability and support. I’ve done everything asked of me, yet I’m left with a damaged product and no resolution in sight. This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

I used the product then i get to know it was Defective no use product and then i placed Replacement on 2 August as i have only option is Replacement no Return then i Received Replacement product on 10th of August even though product come to my city nearest hub on 5 August and I was receiving daily text msg that product is out of delivery and at night i receive messages undelivered every day from 5 august later i received my replacement on 10 August they don’t even mention that this product is open box delivery and even after that we asked him to give open box delivery he denies that this product is replacement one so they won’t give open box delivery to replacement product 4:29 pm on 10 August i received OTP of this product i share with wishmater then left ,fortunately i make an unboxing video on 4:31 pm same day on 10 August, when i open box the product was damaged then i requested return as i received damaged product. My return was accepted and tentatively they have given 14 August as a return pickup date On 11 August the wishmater delivery partner come on 2 Wheeler then he said this product is big he clicked picture and said us that he informed 4 wheeler vehicle to pickup the product as its unable to pickup on 2 wheeler then we waited till 14 August no come even though we are receiving msg of out for pickup daily in morning and in night daily we are receiving that pickup is rescheduled. No one come then we raise this issue to Customer service executive he promised us new date 19 August your product will be picked up but still same thing going on ,No one come to pickup we are receiving msg that out for pickup and at night same pickup Reschedule. As this product Return window closed on 17 August. We are worried we are continuously asking Flipkart customer service executive for pickup of product but no one come on 20 august we received msg that seller cancelled the return then we connect executive i ask them why you guyss are scamming customers even after sharing valid proofs with you why you are not helping us then the executive told me that your seller cancelled the return because it was a open box delivery and your Delivery partner updated the photo of open box delivery and yellow dress lady received product but as we have unboxing video and no one in our home wear dress as my mom wear saree only she never wear dress she was wearing black saree that day then she asked me what is the colour of product i said black as i ordered Black only but the delivery partner updated the product which is in Blue colour then she asked me to send carton box of flipkart photo of product damaged and product box photo where model number of product name weight everything is mentioned and i asked her now you also know that it a scam by Delivery partner who fooled us and did scam i even asked her to share photo if possible of that lady who received product..she replied yes i know it’s a scam by delivery partner don’t worry your product will be pickup by 24 August now no more delays but today on 23 August i received msg that your product is return is cancelled please check seller policy.
Then i contacted them again today they did the same thing and given me 27 August as a pickup date but as i know this will continue till months because this is scam of flipkart which happened with many peoples.

I booked for a Deep Clean service for my newly renovated home and the team has left all my newly installed glass windows and doors with scratches all over. when i went to Land Mark Noida for repair of clutch i was shocked when they told me that your extended warranty not acceptable . I asked why they said in Data this vehcile was sold to some Body FAKE in Mar 2019 . where as the actual vehicle was sold in NOV 2019 .

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of a Tata Punch CNG and the subsequent service experience. Since the first day of ownership in April, I have been troubled by a persistent rattling noise. Despite raising this issue with your team, who assured me it would be resolved, I am yet to see a solution.
Furthermore, on June 6th, my vehicle developed significant ignition problems, necessitating a 10-day service center stay. This experience has not only caused inconvenience but has also shaken my confidence in Tata products.
I understand that the Tata Punch has been well-received in the market, and I had high expectations based on its safety ratings and reviews. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The lack of resolution and the extended period without my vehicle have led me to reconsider my decision to choose Tata.
A vehicle is a significant investment, and customers expect reliability and support in return. I hope my feedback will contribute to buy products and services for all customers.

I strongly advise against purchasing any products from the brands Thomson, Kodak, Blaupunkt, Westinghouse, and White-Westinghouse, all owned by SPPL ( SUPERPLASTRONICS PVT LTD ). My experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. My washing machine started making noise, and I lodged a complaint on November 14, 2023. An engineer visited on January 13, 2024, dismantled the machine, and promised to return with a spare part the next day. Despite making 100-200 follow-up calls, no action was taken. I filed a case on the NCH portal and received no response. Even after escalating the issue to Lok Adalat, there was no resolution. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Boycotting their products is the only way to hold them accountable. My washing machine was ruined, and I received no support from them. Thanks for reading.

On 3rd March 2024, I purchased a Fire-Boltt Visionary Ultra smartwatch in silver steel color. Shortly after, I encountered a storage issue with it, which prevented me from using the smartwatch effectively. I visited the Fire-Boltt service center, where they informed me that the problem might be severe enough that the smartwatch could have malfunctioned.
Following this, I lodged two online complaints seeking assistance, but unfortunately, I have not received any response yet. This has left me feeling extremely distressed and mentally burdened. The smartwatch was a recent purchase, and not being able to use it properly despite its initial promise has significantly impacted both my personal and professional life.

Initially I got an appointment for a service centre in koramangala but they refused to give service and told me to visit BTM layout Service Centre. BTM Layout Service centre rejected service too and asked to visit Kudlu gate Service centre. Kudlu Gate Service centre rejected telling me that I have to visit my nearest service centre only for service.
After contacting Customer Care through the phone, I got an appointment for my service through insurance at Singasandra service centre. The Manager there connected me to Koramangala Service centre and asked me to leave the scooter 4 days later.
It was very rude from your side to deny service and ask me to visit other service centres many times.
I dropped my scooter at koramangala service centre on 2nd May 2024. Did not receive any Receipt for the same.
Manager promised to give me delivery within 5-6 days but it’s been 15 days, Manager is not picking my calls!
I am disappointed with the quality of service I received,
After getting service I have drivven the soter for 1000 kms and I have belt noice, suspension noices from the scoter seems like I received a defective one, scoter is in kormangala service centre from 13 days, no updates, infact they haven touched my scoter since the day i dropped it there!!

Again on 12 may no one came and return rescheduled for 15.05.2024 siting the same reason.
On 15.05.2024 they rescheduled the return for 16.05.2024 siting the reason that the customer was not available at home perhaps (I was at home and waiting for return,checking my phone constantly whole day and waiting for the call).
Now on 16.05.2204 they have rejected my return and saying that they have gone through an investigation internally and found that the fault was at the customer’s end.
When I asked what was the reason to reject the return the customer care girl saying they do not know anything and I need to mail on Ofm@amazon.in for any information.
I have sent a mail to this email I’d and no response received till now from Amazon.

I’ve been a long time customer of Amazon and for past 3 years I’ve been facing severe issues with my deliveries. I’ve paid for 1 day delivery for all my orders yet every time, their delivery agents gave me a missed call and then disconnected the call following which they postponed the delivery to another day stating that they were unable to reach out to me. I lodged multiple complaints with Amazon over the years regarding this issue, and each time I was promised strict action and reforms in the delivery process but there has been no solution to this menace.
Recently I placed an order for a particular product thrice and paid for 1 day delivery and stayed at home to receive the same but was later forced to cancel the order as their agents exploited their system by giving me a missed call and postponing the delivery to another day. On the third attempt, the product was delivered to me ( once again after delaying it for a day ) but it turned out to be a defective piece following which I applied for a replacement. It’s been 6 days now since I applied for a replacement and Amazon was supposed to ship the replacement on 13th of May 2024, forcing me to stay at home for the replacement only to then delay the replacement for 2 more days. The app just mentioned that the replacement would take place by 15th of May implying it could happen on 14th may again forcing me to stay home for 2 additional days. Then on 15th of may as usual, their delivery agent rang my phone for a micro second and pushed the delivery to the next day. I’ve lost 7 working days in total for this 1 particular product and lodged multiple complaints through Amazon’s cc both on chat as well as calls but according to them, they cannot expedite the delivery and can only escalate the issue to the delivery team which has been done dozens of times in the past for me but no action has been taken against any of their agents who exploit their system. At this point, Amazon is just scamming it’s customers by charging them more for 1 day delivery and then allowing their delivery agents to purposely delay the same.

I am forced to use this defective product due to the practices of both Croma and Sunflame. Due to this defective product, the house was saved from fire. I complained about this to both Croma and Sunflame but no one took it seriously. Now I have filed a complaint in the consumer court and have also uploaded a video of this defective product on YouTube so that more and more people can see the truth of Croma and Sunflame and how these people can go to any extent for their benefit. If I still do not get a refund for my product, then I will complain about it in the District Consumer Court. And will do it at every place from where I get a refund for it.

One day I read about @Intellipaat and I get a call , they are providing me a course which belongs to@ Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi the name of course is (Executive Post-Graduate Certification in Investment Banking and Capital Markets) the value of this course is 1.3lac . at that time I said yes to that course after explaining my situation to my Intellipaat counselor.
I purchased the course and also got loan approval of Rs 1.3 lakh from Vartana Finance
But after some time I lose my job and I face a lot of problems.
I requested intellipaat or varthana finance to cancel my loan and i shared my problems to each and every person who called me daily.
I am tired of making so many calls every day, explaining to everyone on the phone that neither I have a job nor I am fine right now..

Stolen/lost kids ucb clothes from coreyo courier via amazon shipping
Issue….
Coreyo courier sent via amazon shipping had my kids ucb clothes(jeans shirt tshirt) ..courier was delivered in tampered and wet state and these 3 things went missing from courier…i have been following up this case from feb end with coreyo and every now and then they keep coming up with reasons not to pay compensation. When courier guy was confronted he told he received it in wet state from warehouse as it was raining.
Few of reasons given by coreyo are as follows..
1.Amazon team will visit coreyo office and resolve which never happend in around 3 months now from feb end.Daily on follow up a new timeline was given by coreyo.
2. Amazon is aksing for picture of tampered courier box which multiple times was provided to them and after that coreyo stopped responding.
3.coreyo claims amazon is delaying the compensaation and coreyo is fighting for it .
Now coreyo have stopped responding over mails and tweets.it has been around 100 mail thread in 3 months to coreyo with no response even on tweet.

Now coming to amazon i am providing this order detail of courier with picture of tampered box having tracking id and order id not for the first time but for the third time in row on mail to social media enquiry and again the same loop starts over where i have to fill form.

I had purchased a term policy from TATA AIA through Policy Bazaar on 24th February 2024 paying monthly premium. Policy issued successfully on 28th February after completing all the required medical tests. On 2nd march 2024 I applied for policy premium frequency change from monthly to yearly basis after paying whole annual premium. Got massage that it will be done in 5 days.
Then on 19th march, 2024 I got a shocking massage that my policy is closed due to non payment of premium. I tried to contact them, but unable do so as my policy is in closed status and there is no another mechanism to call them. Tata AIA sales team didn’t help me as they are not from grievance department. I mailed them but no help. Then I raised this issue through twitter handle. They contacted me, inquired the issue in next some days, then they informed that, it was done erroneously at their end, also they erroneously sent a refund cheque (some part of money, not full premium). They said they will stop the payment of that cheque and reopen my policy. It will take some days. But now it’s been end of April 2024. My policy still in closed status. Got massage today, policy application in unsuccessful.
At this moment i don’t have any running policy after paying full premium for a year. My approx 26000/- rs is stuck at their end. Meanwhile they are harassing me mentally from last 2 months. I don’t know what to do.
Note: in this whole scenario, I didn’t get any support from policy bazaar.

On 18.4.24 I placed a booking for Intense Cleaning and 2 Fans with Urban Company. Cleaner Situ Kumar enters with a big luggage bag; takes out an overused full of black grease marks white towel like cloth and asks me to provide him water to wash it. I led him to my backyard emergency water tap. He runs the tap, splashes water all over the painted wall and tells me that he will start with the fans. I asked him to take the ladder 🪜 and led him to my drawing room fan. As he started with straightaway spraying his chemical on the fan with his dirty white cloth, while dust resting on it, I asked him will he not first dust off the dust from the fan with a dry cloth? Situ goes on to state, that it’s not necessary? As I watched in horror, he didn’t rest his palm in the inner fins while cleaning the top of the fins, I asked him to be careful of not tilting the fins, as they’re delicate. He again pulled out a red wet towel and started rubbing to n from motion leaving the marks of his spray on the fan. The golden colour of my antique fan started running and showing its paint coming off. I asked him to stop and use the dry cloth. Situ was not carrying any dru cloth on him. Somehow he finished the 1st fan and I led him to my bedroom fan. He didn’t help me with casting my bed with a sheet. I did it myself, contrary to the Bkg App Agent Clearly telling me that cleaner will do all pre and post cleanup including putting the removed article back in place. My bedroom fan is a new one and pure white. Here too he used the same overused cloths, visibly all three were greased and overused . Leaving sliding marks on my white fan when the fan dried off, the dust particles are clearly visible.
Now he entered my bathroom and asked me for a broom. I kept telling him to dismantle the basin mirror but he ignored. Then he stated spraying my exhaust fan motor with chemical. At this I told him that this area shouldn’t get any wet as it will spoil the motor. Plus my exhaust fan is not the usual one, I had already described the ventilation fan to the booking agent and they had confirmed he will have all tools to clean it properly. For fresh aur fan also called ventilation fans are heavy duty double ball bearing 300mm fans whose motor is on the inside. . suddenly without any prior intimation, situ announced he has another call appointment fixed for 2pm in Sukhdev Vihar and he has to reach that. It was already 1:28pm and he started blaming me that I got him late? Still trying to understand where such an attitude was coming from, this despite making him tea because he was running fever and nose (I’m a sr citizen with multiple medical history including asthma, diabetes and glucoma) . While still talking he suddenly got off the ladder and asked me to pay him Rs100 cash. I told him I have booked for online after service and service is not even completed? He said it’s up to him to decide whether customer pays cash of online? I was bewildered? He then told me he will come after completing his 2pm appointment at about 5pm and that I should leave the toiletries as it is till then? and do the cleaning but he will not do the exhaust fan as his company doesn’t allow him to do such a fan? He just picked up the ladder and carelessly put it in my backyard but not in its position.
I was left confused. I immediately called an associate who had been with UrbanCompany in a leadership post to relate my exp and what to do? He too was shocked at this turn and exclaimed “so the co is running on cost cutting by sending overused towels to be used? No hygiene too?”. He asked me to check the fan. I switched on it didn’t run. I switched off and on several times it didn’t? I then called for my electrician, who came and checked and said the motor had got spoilt the fan blades got tilted because of the spray and mishandling. The electrician told me that such fan blades are delicate they should be dusted off by nylon paint brushes and not applied force on them. And motor shouldn’t be sprayed at all. This fan is not repairable it will have to be changed.
At this I started calling the Cleaner situ who had left his number with me, from 3pm and he didnt answer my calls, he only answered my call at around 5:30pm hurriedly stating he’s on his way. At this I informed him of the damaged fan and also the other fans that he left marks on. I told him to come the next day and clean to perfection as he has given me an unnecessary burden of extra cost for new fan. Situ didn’t even update me if the damage policy. He cleverly told me he’ll come 4pm next day ie 20 Apr Sunday. As luck would’ve had it the locality had a power shut down. And I again started calling situ to inform him of this so that his time and transport isn’t wasted. Situ didn’t answer my call until 5pm, by now I was left with no option but to open the UC app and relate my customer experience.
20.4.24 5pm UC Escalation Desk 1st Agent Ayush Pradhan told me to book a electrician from my app and he will refund the amount after the completion of the issue.
As directed I booked the electrician, for the same evening, Mr Rupinder came at 5:40pm and inspected the fan and also reported the same as my local electrician that the motor has got chemical spray and thus got damaged. It’s not repairable. It has to be replaced with a new. He then saw the site which is a 12inch round hole in the wall and suggested Havels Fresh Air will fit in best because the whole is made for that. Any other fan of 300mm doesn’t come in round duct.
And it’ can’t be said if a smaller one will function properly despite a carpenter putting a board that will add another cost. And so I asked him how much do I pay,. Mr Rupinder told me that I could pay after the installation service is completed. I updated the same to UC Escalation Desk vide chat and was called by Bhanu, then sidharth, then vansh and the Passover hasn’t stopped since.
This is the 4th day and 3 nights since I booked a !1Hr shine service with urban clap that has turned into a 4day 3might nightmare by sleeping under an open hole that can bring a full man inside to rob or kill me.
My prayer to them was honest to the T that I paid the boy 100 Rs and he. Left my premises under guise of another appointment, whereas it turns out he had lrun away leaning it incomplete only after he realised he had damaged the fan motor

A person did a scam on the name of booking for a hotel and did a transaction from the hdfc credit card. We informed the bank within 5 minutes. Hdfc bank said the amount is on hold and can be reverted until some date. When the date passed, bank said it was a legal transaction for a service used on housing.com. we contacted housing.com and got confirmation that this was a fraudulent transaction and the fraudster scammed using housing.com as platform for making money. We also provided audio call proof to bank from the fraudster as his mobile number was still working. It’s been more then 3 months and the bank kept giving different reasons each time for not returning our hard earned money. It’s a myth that you can get back your money if you report timely and also a reason why fraudsters can so bigger frauds because even after reporting noone can stop them, they will rather charge innocent customer.

I booked the flat with the condition, that my papers would not be used for loan purposes. they promised me andI paid the bayana, and after their staff started misbehaving with me, and their loan department forced me to take a loan based on a fake job offer letter. i refused and i told them i would manage the cash, still, their loan department continuously tortured me and even asked for my father’s paper. it was so embarrassed in front of him because I already told him that my loan had been approved(on that condition, only i paid the bayana).
Anyway, i provided them with all the papers, as i knew i already paid the bayana , i had to finish the thing. I 2 lakh rs i already paid, so how could i create any problem, i found it so fishy and i asked them to cancel the contract so many times, but they were not ready, i believe in signs and signals so I thought maybe a problem with the house so I told them to show me another house. when i went to see the house i literally fell down from the scooter which made me believe more strong this company is not good enough to take home. i asked them to take your service charges and return my money, but they refused to give me my money back and forced me to take the house. I cannot trust them anymore. their loan department is full of fraud and false promises. i have not enough money so i am postponing my idea, i told them so many times so many time, maybe later, time is not good but they are not listening and not returning my money back

Reliance Jio Air Fiber
I enquired for an Air Fiber connection at my office in Sector 17 Chandigarh in the evening on 27.03.2024 from Mr Harish. My first and foremost concern was installation of connection on 28.03.2024 and that I wanted a connection for which advance rental is paid. Mr Harish visited me at my office the next day i.e. 28.03.2024 and I made an advance rental payment of Rs. 16977/- for annual subscription of Reliance Jio Air Fiber connection. However, neither I have received a copy of bill nor the connection has been installed yet. My request was assigned for installation on 28.03.2024 and was then rescheduled to 29.03.2024 but no installation till now.
I talked to Mr Pawan as well who is supervisor of Mr Harish. First he assured for installation on 29.03.2024 and then he said there is some problems in the air fiber router/device and it cannot be installed. Hope you guys can help me. I have records of all appointments given to me and the payment made by me to Reliance Jio.
IMPURE WATER IN EUREKA FORBES SLIM WATER FILTER
I have brought aEureka Slim water filter 18 days back, that shows the TDS level of the filtered water. My tap water TDS is 231 and the filtered water TDS is 347.As per scientific guidelines >300 TDS is not recommended for drinking.I lodged 17 complains asking the clarification for this, but Eureka guys are ignoring because they are caught.All these years they are fooling the public with great advertisement, but when caught they have no answer. I want everyone to know these guys are cheaters and fooling you. Please check the filterwater you are drinking if you are using any of these waterfilter and protect your family. I have asked them to ca cel the order and return the money but they are silent and hiding. I am exploring legal action soon.
