Issue Raised: @AppleSupport @Apple @tim_cook @jagograhakjago @markgurman @JoannaStern @CNBCTV18News @EconomicTimes @TimesNow @ndtvindia @GoI_MeitY @consaff My Apple case has been pending for 50+ days, and now Apple’s escalation team has started sending parallel, selective, incomplete responses.
No apology.
No accountability.
No answers to basic questions.
This is NOT acceptable for a global brand.
