Issue Raised: @cromaretail @jagograhakjago I purchased I life t 60s from croma online store on 20 Nov 2025 &you have shipped defective item which is not working properly. Even after complaints on toll free no till date no solution as its like you are selling used/defective item. Kindly resolve
