Issue Raised: @royalenfield @sidlal Writing to escalate an unresolved reliability issue with my Interceptor. It has been repeatedly failing since Jan’25, & despite multiple lengthy service visits & significant expenditure, the faults have never been fixed. Need urgent action @jagograhakjago
