Issue Raised: Recently I have opted @DekhoInsurance RSA which comes as an optional add-on cover. Experienced the most pathetic RSA. they aren’t available 24×7 and the helpline number which they provide works only btw 10am to 7pm. Better go for direct Insurer’s RSA.
