Issue Raised: Worst customer experience with @rapidobikeapp. Had a leg injury during a ride I booked. Repeatedly following up for driver details to file FIR, but 0 response from Rapido. Extremely irresponsible and disappointing. @jagograhakjago @TSConsumers
