Issue Raised: 10+ days, 3 escalations, and still no resolution from @SamsungIndia @Cashify_Support for my exchange issue (Order 33052556436). Silence despite proof & NCH complaint #7997664.
Requesting @jagograhakjago @DoC_GoI for action against such deficiency in service.
