Issue Raised: Placed an order (#201338483) with @avimee_herbal month ago—still no product or refund! Multiple calls & emails, zero response. Unacceptable to take payment & ignore customers. Expect immediate dispatch or full refund. @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ @consaff
