Issue Raised: @DGCAIndia im mentally harassed by @IndiGo6E for the refund status of cancelled flight. Their call centre ppl put us on hold & drop the call.happened twice today. They promise they wil call bak but no one calls! #bbr @service_fc @jagograhakjago @MoCA_GoI
