Issue Raised: Got my Bevzilla coffee + frother combo delivered from @JioMart_Support . Opened it this weekend to try—frother dead on arrival. Raised complaint for damaged item, but denied because not reported within 2 days. Not a return, it’s defective! Feels like a scam. @jagograhakjago
