Issue Raised: E-Daakhil portal currently inaccessible (DNS error). Since no resolution even after NCH Complaint No. 8704210 and 24-hour notice, I am proceeding to file consumer case through E-Daakhil immediately. Please provide final written resolution today. @onepluscareIN @jagograhakjago
