Issue Raised: 27 August 2025 ko Samsung phone liya, 2 din baad kharab ho gaya. Service centre ne baar-baar software karke diya, DOA se mana kar diya. 14-day return period nikal gaya. Ab 3 mahine ho gaye, phone nahi mila
