  • Log a complaint for free in NCH (National Consumer Helpline). This should be the first formal step for complaint. It is a government initiative and helps in many cases.

  • Call your bank, if the refund is stuck and ask them to charge back by raising a dispute on the transaction. That may help you to get the money back quicker.

  • If any of the above is not working, then you can also file a consumer court case online using the E-JAGRITI portal from Government Of India.
