Issue Raised: @makemytrip Opted for Free Cancellation on railway ticket.
Ticket WL → Auto cancelled → ₹554 deducted.Paid ₹3374, refunded ₹2820.If its Free Cancellation, why charge extra?Also pending flight refund ₹1774. Booking IDs NR7412354405050599 / NF7AHZSO12266624432
