Issue Raised: @Flipkar @ASUS_India @jagograhakjago @consaff Paid for NEW ASUS laptop Received REFURBISHED unit. till pickup not happened.For 30+ days Flipkart only gives fake promises to solve issue and asking for document that asus cant provide as per policy. Refund my full Refund immediately
