Issue Raised: @CRED_support @cred_club ₹20,000 debited but not credited—needed for a medical emergency. Repeatedly told to “wait” and blamed on bank. Support spoke aggressively (call recorded). 5+ yr user, lakhs/month. Escalating to @RBIOmbudsman & court.
