Issue Raised: Flight booked via EaseMyTrip was cancelled by IndiGo, not by me. Still, EaseMyTrip is refusing to refund the convenience fee. This is unfair when cancellation is airline-initiated. Request authorities to intervene and ensure refund.@EaseMyTrip @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @jagograhakjago
