Issue Raised: @FootballChunk @Woodland This is clear negligence by @Woodland. Weeks of follow-ups, false assurances, and still no return or refund this is unacceptable. The customer is right to escalate to the Consumer Forum. Brands must be held accountable for such behavior @jagograhakjago kindly intervene.
