Issue Raised: @flyspicejet I am not allowed to board since refund is already initiated. But now question comes who/when will inform me. Who is responsible for this fault. @CCI_India @jagograhakjago @MoCA_GoI Could you please intervene here and let us know if I am not allowed for compensation.
