Issue Raised: @Flipkart @JeevesCare, why are you violating your own Terms & Conditions? Claim ID: CLAFLK219662283725709. TV has functional failure in Yr 3. T&C says 70% refund (₹16,449), but you are offering ₹7,899. This is daylight robbery. Resolve or I go to Consumer Court. @jagograhakjago
