Issue Raised: OnePlus Service Center rejected warranty (“Received Damaged” -> Go to Seller).
Sangeetha rejected replacement (“Reported late” -> Go to Brand).
I am stuck with a broken device and a voided “Assure Buy Back” plan despite proof. @ConsumerPrafful @jagograhakjago @OnePlus_IN
