Issue Raised: Repeated failure to deliver my credit card despite my area being serviceable.
1st time returned to HO without delivery.
2 nd time delivery agent ignored me.Portal complaint = no resolution.
This is sheer negligence. Fix this immediately.@delhivery @jagograhakjago
