Issue Raised: @Philips @jagograhakjago I’m disappointed with your customer service. I raised a service request (KA2512140193) on Dec 14 for my iron that stopped working after 5 months. Despite escalation on Dec 18, I’ve had no update, even after 24 hours. Please help resolve this soon.
