Issue Raised: @airindia #airindia keeps asking me to be patient without a resolution after 96+ hours since the request was raised with no resolution. Is refunding the money this difficult? First your reps gave me false,misleading info now the back-end team is unresponsive. @jagograhakjago @DGCAIndia
