Issue Raised: Purchased my Milton Carafe 2000 on 08.01.2026 (Order: 404-3821937-3102744). The lid is broken and it’s well within the 1-year warranty. Ticket 7770283931731 has no response. Please provide an urgent spare lid replacement! @jagograhakjago #Milton #CustomerService @MiltonHomewares
