Issue Raised: @SwiggyCares @harshamjty @jagograhakjago Are you trying to avoid answering wherein we are asking for the details of the Ombudsman appointed to raise and resolve these issues, as it is very clear that Swiggy doesn’t want to resolve this. If i don’t get a reply I will take it up with Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
