Issue Raised: @DrinkPrime Promised alkaline water (pH > 8) + personalized settings, but just 4 days after installation everything is failing. Tap is leaking, promises unmet, and there’s no human support — only a useless bot. This is unacceptable. Expecting immediate resolution
