जब मैं पिछले 1 वर्ष से OTS + Regular Bill दोनों समय पर जमा कर रहा हूँ, तो यह अतिरिक्त कटौती क्यों?
यह स्पष्ट रूप से लेजर/सिस्टम त्रुटि प्रतीत होती है।
