Issue Raised: Today, Feb 19, I stopped waiting. I have officially moved the RBI Ombudsman. If a bank can ignore a customer who paid 96% of his debt (2.6 Lakhs) and ignore their own promise to call, they deserve the regulatory heat coming their way. @RBI @jagograhakjago
