Issue Raised: I have airtel black connection, which I asked to unbundle on 9 jan 2026 and paid the pending amount, still it’s not get unbundled and now bill generated for both of them but I’ll not pay anything extra as I already asked to unbundle and paid for that. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago
