Issue Raised: @GooglePlay @Google @GoogleIndia @jagograhakjago @mygovindia @aswamy I haven’t received my refund yet. @GooglePlay customer care is the worst. They are not processing my refund. That money might not be a huge amount for them, but it is a substantial amount from my monthly scholarship
