Issue Raised: @makemytrip Extremely disappointed with @makemytripcare @jagograhakjago customer support. No agent available, no proper assistance for airline-cancelled flights, and refund still pending. Why charge convenience fee when flight was cancelled by airline? Need urgent resolution.
