Issue Raised: At 2 occasions, did web check-in for my @IndiGo6E flight but still didn’t receive my boarding pass. Customer care refused to help. Can’t use @DigiYatraOffice because of these tactics by indigo to force people to buy paid seats @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia @RamMNK @jagograhakjago
