Issue Raised: @sachintaparia @hrshita_kshyp @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @ConfirmTKT @JoshiPralhad @inidhikhare @jagograhakjago @LocalCircles i have faced this tooooo often, several times i book tickets and its not confirmed and we are being charged twice once booking charges and then cancellation charges so govt earns from both sides without provide any ticket, this is surely dark pattern, i never receive full refund
