Issue Raised: @Airtel_Presence Charging me ₹960 for 90GB & 50GB data packs activated WITHOUT my consent, OTP & cancelled within minutes is unfair & malpractice. I only want to pay for the 35GB pack I want. Multiple emails & calls ignored. Fix this NOW or I escalate to @TRAI & @jagograhakjago
