Issue Raised: एक तरफ जहां सरकारी बैंक 1k रुपए से सेविंग निजी क्षेत्र के बैंक ₹10k से लेकर ₹25k का सेविंग बैंक अकाउंट ओपन करते हैं इसके बाद अब एसएमएस के 15 पैसे अलग से चार्ज का मैसेज आ रहा है
