Issue Raised: @tirasupport @tirabeauty I trusted your brand, but this experience is very disappointing. My order (FY6901058001802100CE) was incomplete — straightener missing from the sealed box. I’ve shared all proofs. Kindly recheck and resolve before I escalate to @NCHIndia & @jagograhakjago.
