Issue Raised: @jagograhakjago @PralhadJoshiOfc @blvermaup @Nimu_Bambhaniya @inidhikhare @PIB_India @mygovindia @PMOIndia @nch1915 There should be integrity, transparency and accountability built into the National Consumer Helpline to build the trust and efficiency in the consumer complaint redressal system. Today the resolution is neither prompt nor efficient. We must be made accessible to all the reports.
