Issue Raised: FRAUDULENT SERVICE by @Acer_India! Monitor (Case ID: 1212710C) is STILL with me, but system falsely says “Product Shipped” since 11/11.
Engineer never visited, yet assessed my #ColorFlickering issue & admitted it’s frequent. Now unresponsive.
