मीटर संख्या 1515884 का बिल पहले ₹3879 पर सही किया गया था, पर पोर्टल रीडिंग अपडेट नहीं होने से फिर ₹11735 का गलत बिल बना।
कई महीनों से शिकायतें देने के बाद भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई।
