Issue Raised: Hi, I paid ₹2500 on 31 Oct 2025 via UPI (917000183863-1@sbi) for a new Airtel Xstream AirFiber in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
Money was deducted but not received by Airtel. I was told refund processed, but it hasn’t reached my bank yet
